(Tokyo: 4183; President & CEO: HASHIMOTO Osamu; the “Company”) hereby announces that the “CONVOCATION NOTICE FOR THE 25th ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS” contained a matter that required correction. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and have made a partial correction as described below. The correction is reflected in the “Convocation Notice for the 25th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders” posted on the Company’s website. Underline indicates the corrected section. [Corrected section] Note on page 18 of “CONVOCATION NOTICE FOR THE 25th ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS” regarding candidate number 8, MIMURA Takayoshi, in “Proposal No. 3: Election of eight (8) Directors” of REFERENCE MATERIALS [Contents of correction] Before correction: * The names of the “Human Resource Advisory Committee” and the “Executive Compensation Advisory Committee” have both been changed from fiscal year 2022. After Correction: Note: MIMURA Takayoshi concurrently serves as Director and Corporate Advisor of Terumo Corporation. In the fiscal years of 2019, 2020 and 2021, the Company sold our products to Terumo Corporation. However, our sales amount to Terumo Corporation is deemed insignificant given that such amount was less than 1% of the Company’s net sales for said fiscal years. * The names of the “Human Resource Advisory Committee” and the “Executive Compensation Advisory Committee” have both been changed from fiscal year 2022.
