PRESS RELEASE May 26, 2022 AVANT Corporation Notice of Revision of Dividend Forecast for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2022 and Commemorative Dividend for the 25th Anniversary of the Company At an extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors held on May 26, 2022, the Company resolved to revise the year-end dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, which was announced on August 6, 2021, as follows. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our shareholders and all other stakeholders for their support and cooperation over the years. We have decided to pay a commemorative dividend of 1 yen per share for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022 (record date: June 30, 2022) to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Company’s establishment. As a result, the Company plans to pay a year-end dividend of 13 yen per share for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, consisting of an ordinary dividend of 12 yen per share and a commemorative dividend of 1 yen per share for the 25th anniversary of the Company’s founding. As a result, the annual dividend for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022 is expected to be 13 yen per share (an increase of 2 yen from the previous fiscal year).
