We are targeting a consolidated dividend payout ratio of around 45%. The Company proposes the year-end dividend of ¥50 per share, consisting of an ordinary dividend of ¥40 per share based on the above basic policy and, as April 1 of this year marks the Company’s 50th anniversary, a commemorative dividend of ¥10 to express gratitude to all shareholders for their continued support. As a result, the annual dividend will be ¥85 per share (including an interim dividend of ¥35 per share) for the fiscal year under review, an increase of ¥21 per share compared to the previous year. The Company proposes, therefore, the election of seven (7) Directors, increasing the number of Directors by one (1), with the aim of strengthening governance.
