In order to further enhance our corporate value, we have decided to add one new outside director (member of the Audit and Supervisory Committee). With this, the ratio of independent outside directors will be more than 1-third of all directors. This will satisfy the revised Corporate Governance Code’s requirement for listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime market.
