Explanation of dividend policy dip reached its 25th anniversary on March 14, 2022. It owes this to the long-standing support of its shareholders and other stakeholders. To commemorate its 25th anniversary and to express its gratitude for shareholders, dip has decided to pay a commemorative dividend of ¥5 per share. Additionally, dip considers income distribution to shareholders to be one of its most important management responsibilities and has been using a dividend payout ratio of 50% as a guide as well as taking into consideration the dividend results of the prior fiscal year in determining dividend payments. Based on this policy, dip will pay an ordinary dividend of ¥29 per share, the same amount as the year-end dividend for the previous fiscal year. As a result, the total year-end dividend per share for FY’22/2 will be ¥34. (Note) English documents are prepared as a courtesy to our shareholders.
