Reason for Withdrawal of Shelf Registration Statement NDK withdrew the shelf registration statement because the offering of shares scheduled to be conducted through the shelf registration has been completed. In addition to the above, NDK may issue up to 510,200 shares of its common stock on May 10, 2022 through third-party allotment to be conducted in connection with the secondary offering through over-allotment.
