(JDI) and Taiwan-based Innolux Corporation (Innolux) today agreed to renew a patent cross-license agreement for liquid crystal displays (LCDs), pursuant to which JDI will receive license fees from Innolux. The impact of the license fees on FY22/3’s earnings forecasts is currently under review, and will be promptly announced if any matters requiring disclosure arise. JDI’s advanced technologies and intellectual property (IP) assets are deeply important strategic resources rooted in JDI core capabilities built over many years.
