(the “Company”) has been on a close examination of certain figures in its financial results. This letter is to notify that the Company has amended its past financial results as required, and announced today its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year ending March 31, 2022. As for the 76th (Year ending March 31, 2022) Third Quarter Securities Report (October 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021), for which the extension of deadline had been approved, the Company completed its submission to the Kanto Local Finance Bureau today. 1. Reason for the amendments As announced in the “Notice Regarding the Establishment of an Internal Investigation Committee” on February 9, 2022, GLORY LTD. (the “Company”) established an internal investigation committee (the “Committee”) to investigate the incident of embezzlement by an employee, who was dismissed on disciplinary grounds as of March 11, 2022, of its domestic consolidated subsidiary (the “Incident”). The Committee, chaired by the Company’s director (Chairman of its Audit & Supervisory Committee), has then been working to identify the facts and the causes of the Incident, with the assistance of external attorneys and CPAs. Today, the Company received the Investigation Report from the Committee as announced in the “Notice Regarding the Disclosure of the Results of the Investigations by the Internal Investigation Committee”. Accordingly, the Company has recorded the loss of 1,180 million yen in the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2022 related to the Incident in doubtful accounts for extraordinary losses for the said period, and amended the figures in its past financial results as required. 2.
