Under its three-year business plan Value Transformation 2023, which started in April 2021, Daifuku aims to achieve a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 30% or more on average for the three years and to increase its corporate value through investment in growth. Based on the above dividend policy and the favorable progress in the Group’s performance, Daifuku has decided to increase its dividends.
