(hereafter the “TSE”) yestreday announced the list of the selection of the new market segments by the listed companies on the TSE website. This includes the announcement that Oisix ra daichi, Inc. (the “Company”) has selected the “Prime Market”. The company resolved at the Board of Directors meeting held on September 22, 2021 to select the “Prime Market” under the new market segmentation of TSE and filed an application. This is a resolution and application based on the receipt of the results of the initial assessment of the Company’s compliance with the listing standards in the new market category from TSE on July 9, 2021. It confirms that the company complies with the listing maintenance standards for the “Prime Market” in the new market category Transition to the new market segments is planned on April 4, 2022.
